I would like to have a referral program where the participant gets something for free if they refer five friends or more to Facebook who add a LIKE. Is that possible?

This used to be possible, but is now against FaceBook policies and as such would cause your InviteBox account to be closed if you tried this type of campaign.  It is up to you to comply with Facebook policies, if you do not we will be forced to close your account.
