Yes and yes.  Instant rewards participants get access  to rewards (files or coupon codes) from the second screen of the widget, right after they share your promo message with their friends. If you'd like to reward participants with something else (e.g. cash) you can configure a custom reward option using our API (http://invitebox.com/help/api/).
