The automatic option I see for coupons says: "I want to reward them with coupon codes from this single column XMS file". What does “this single column XMS file” mean?

An XMS file for this purpose is a list of numbers or letters that can be made easily on Excel spreadsheets, or another program.  Put all the coupon codes in column A and the system will reward your participants for you automatically.
