On the "Rewards" tab, you need to allow a reply-email entry: How is this intended to work?

All notifications to participants are sent from InviteBox emails, but this email (you can change it at any time) is in the "reply to" field of those emails.  So when people decide to ask something they click on the reply button and this message goes directly to your email and not ours.
